Here is just a update on the fun event I am putting on tomorrow(Friday the 12th) at 6pm
Summer, cyclying, outdoor yoga and beer!!! Its what Fridays are for!
Get your cruiser and bike on over to gas works park to meet up for a fabulous outdoor yoga session catered to restore after your work week and bike ride. After our sweet savasana soaking in the sun we will cruise all together to Fremont Brewing to socialize and feel the grand effects of our yoga, biking and sun as we indulge in some tasty refreshments!!!
Only $10 for the 90min yoga session! (Cash only) ALL are welcome

Should be in the mid seventies so bring something to keep you warm during savasana.
If biking isnt your thing now prob, kayak, walk, run or drive, just come to have fun!
All ages and levels welcome, bring the dog, the baby and your neighbor to join community with restorative yoga and festivities of summer!
Oh! And last but not least, tasty snacks will be provided by Keen-wah and journey bar!!!
