Sister studio to Haute Yoga Queen Anne comes Shefa Yoga Roosevelt!
So proud to say I will be teaching Hot Hatha and Restorative classes at this beautiful new studio. A studio which is centered around building community, a home away from home to encourage a safe place for transformation and change. "Shefa"meaning abundance in Hebrew and to heal in Arabic, also translated as divine light or flow. Shefa gracefully describes what it hopes you to find at this new studio, to support your yoga practice in a place to heal and grow, to be filled with abundance, light and flow!
